not much progress from last time -.- excuse the sweats & t-shirt.. about to nap after doing nothing all day. being unemployed & broke = doing a lot of nothing all day and still being tired. my goal is to lose 2 inches off my tummy/waist by EDC. or at least get rid of some of the fat on my belly. is brown rice or whole wheat bread okay to eat? & margarine? tips please! i’ve been hearing that fruit & milk are not good for you because they contain sugar. what can i eat then? :(
